Coaching

Help for Church Workers and Families

A District Coach is a trained church worker or pastor in the District who is willing to spend time with other workers to discuss their next steps in their professional life.  These Coaches are trained by CoachNet and further developed by the District staff to walk beside those in ministry.

As a general guideline, Coaches meet with a church worker as dictated by situation and availability (often 10-20 meetings).

A Church Worker Coach keeps conversations confidential between the Church Worker Coach and the church worker.  Information is only shared when there is potential harm to the church worker or others.
