Congratulations to Trevor Burk of Dearborn, Michigan, for winning this year’s “I Heart Lutheran Schools” video contest. Here is the winning entry:

Trevor is 8 years old and is in 3rd grade at Christ The King, Southgate. When asked why he decided to enter this year’s contest, he answered, “I wanted to show how much I love my school.”
His favorite part of the video making process was using the green screen. His dream career would involved becoming a Lego creator and a part-time actor. His favorite subject is History and favorite teacher is Mrs. Drinane.
We asked him what he loves most about his Lutheran school, and he said,
“I love that my school teaches people about God. I want everyone to believe. I love always finding new ways to learn and having the latest technology like iPads.”
For winning this year’s contest, Trevor received an iPod Nano from the Michigan District, LCMS.
